CARBON AIR CORE

The most responsive construction we have ever tested. Made out of a mold, and then wrapped in carbon for a torsionally stiff layup unlike any other.

FLYWEIGHT

Less is more. These cores are designed with a minimalist approach, keeping the purest form of surf in mind. For many riders – lighter is better.

ELEMENT CORE

A 100% Paulownia wood wrapped around our lightweight surf core. Where science and nature meet for lightweight and durability in one.

KOAL CLASSIC

The building block to a surf constructed surfer. Made with the same process and ingredients as your favorite saltwater brethren.

KOAL SURFACE

A construction incorporating the core of our high-end Koal Technora, molded similar to our Modello boards, and wrapped in a bulletproof Surface Skin. In short, the lightweight feel of your favorite high-end surfer, the durability of your wakeboard, and a skin that breaks up the water for less resistance.

MARSH " MELLOW"

The feel of a traditional surfer - the durability of a wakeboard. Using a similar core as our Koal boards, but then wrapped with a so! exterior deck material.

MODELLO

Hip swaggering rhythm between rider and board meets our most rock-solid construction. Less prone to dings, and more connection to the water than most of our surfers.

A high temperature resin used on all of our surfers, built to withstand mother nature’s extreme heat.

Hate to break it to you but even surfers get a little gassy. No worries though when your favorite deck is acting up, we have an exit strategy for that unwanted discharge.

BIO RESIN

This year’s M50 resin is made from plants without sacrificing response or strength.  Free of the petroleum discharge of traditional crude oil based resins.
